We are seeking a dedicated Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. This role will focus on acquiring new customers while also providing support to existing accounts as necessary. The ideal candidate will engage in a mix of outreach activities, including cold calling potential clients, leveraging business referrals, and nurturing assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to assigned clients and accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by soliciting and securing orders, interpreting technical requirements, and developing client relationships.
- Enhance product knowledge through continuous learning and participation in training opportunities.
- Take ownership of departmental goals and respond proactively to new requests.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to current customers.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process with a focus on increasing sales volume and profitability.
- Conduct site surveys for estimate requests as needed.
- Foster positive customer experiences by collaborating closely with the M3T team to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Support all sales initiatives undertaken by the Capture team.
- Meet individual sales quotas, KPIs, and performance objectives.
- Maintain a culture that positions M3T as a trusted advisor in security solutions.
- Communicate effectively with prospects to identify their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and promptly update information in our ERP System.
- Contribute to expanding M3T's market presence across our operational territory.
- Perform other duties as assigned to achieve company objectives.
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Professional and trustworthy with a collaborative team spirit.
- Confident, diplomatic, and proactive in approach.
- Effective listener, problem solver, and negotiator.
- Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Joining our team means you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed to meet company goals and client requirements. Some travel may be required.
