Job Description

We are an inbound call center only, not performing any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls. Your job will involve handling incoming calls, greeting callers, providing and requesting required information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
  • Good attendance
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more

Salary

The salary for this role is $21/hour with perfect attendance and $18/hour without perfect attendance.
