Weichert, Realtors is seeking a Title Insurance Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in enhancing our client portfolio and advocating for our title insurance offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire title insurance orders from diverse clientele, including real estate agents, legal professionals, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, and property investors through collaborative and independent efforts.
- Oversee title sales operations, ensuring a smooth transition from order initiation to finalization.
- Collaborate with designated Weichert partners, engaging in regular team meetings and events to foster strong connections and create new business avenues.
- Promote title services to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, while diligently tracking personal performance to ensure goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance sales productivity. Maintain clear communication with clients and relay service objectives to the operations team.
- Establish and nurture relationships through proactive sales initiatives, including networking, event coordination, onboarding new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Deliver engaging presentations during sales meetings and to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to cultivate reliable partnerships and meet sales objectives. Provide essential support for effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Adhere to all title workflows utilizing the company's systems and processes.
- Participate in scheduled meetings as directed by management.
- Perform additional duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Title Insurance License or willingness to obtain one is required.
- Valid driver's license.
- A minimum of one (1) year of sales experience.
- Previous experience in the title or residential real estate sector is highly desirable.
- A robust network of contacts is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process with a proven ability to convert leads into clients.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of title insurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capability to conduct presentations and facilitate one-on-one discussions.
- Aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.).
