New Story School is seeking a qualified Behavior Consultant to join their clinical team. As a key member of the treatment team, you will be responsible for implementing therapeutic skills acquisition and behavior modification protocols for students with autism or emotional/behavioral disorders.
Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor student behavioral strengths and needs, utilizing school assessment protocols and timelines.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans, including Positive Behavior Support Plans, to support student growth and development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including IEP meetings and other meetings, to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Provide behavioral consultation and support to students, staff, and families, as indicated in the Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
