Job Title: Junior Title Closing Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Title Closing Advisor to join our team at Weichert, Realtors. As a Junior Title Closing Advisor, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and promoting our title insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within the real estate industry, including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and property developers.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking events, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate leads and establish contact with prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing personalized service, and offering solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our title insurance products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to educate clients about our title insurance offerings and demonstrate how they can benefit from our services.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to track prospects, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other TCA's, as well as internal departments such as production, settlement, and post-closing to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management and fellow TCA's, detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements against targets.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience required
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or insurance industry is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process with the ability to convert prospects into new business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Ability to conduct presentations and hold one-on-one meetings
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
  • Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)
