K Health is a pioneering telehealth company revolutionizing access to quality healthcare. We're seeking a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead the planning and implementation of new health system partnerships, drive strategic initiatives, and refine project implementation playbooks.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, develop in-depth knowledge of partnership clinics, and establish relationships with health system partners. As a key member of our Commercial organization, you'll work closely with clinical operations, legal, marketing, product/technical teams to launch new partnership clinics and strategic initiatives.

We're looking for an experienced professional with 6+ years of program & project management experience, preferably in health tech or healthcare. You should have a passion for what we do at K Health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to synthesize multiple viewpoints into clear actions. A results-oriented mindset and laser-focus on driving successful outcomes are essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000-$160,000 USD, based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location.
