Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Provider Partnerships Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in advancing our mission, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare provider partners. These partnerships will play a crucial role in growing patient referrals to Nourish, enabling us to enhance health outcomes for more individuals.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Building: Identify new provider partner leads, engage with them, and activate them as referral partners.
  2. Partnership Development: Continuously nurture existing partnerships through regular interactions, ensuring a strong foundation for future growth.
  3. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of internal and external processes, educational resources, and other initiatives to support the Provider Partnerships function.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience engaging with providers in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and an aptitude for learning new systems.
