Partnerships Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Professional to drive business expansion through strategic partnerships at WITHIN. As a Business Development Representative (Partnerships), you will play a crucial role in identifying new revenue streams and building strong relationships with our partners.
About the RoleYou will be working closely with our marketing and account teams to develop and execute plans that drive value back to our partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and sourcing new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and outreach.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborating with marketing to plan and execute events that showcase our expertise and services.
- Becoming an expert on all things WITHIN, representing the company at industry events and generating new leads.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within a B2B context.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of executing successful sales and partnership initiatives.
