ServiceNow Report Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Report Developer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting data to support the assessment of IT service performance and ROI. You will collaborate with operations and other business functions to ensure successful and ITIL-compliant practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop new departmental processes to identify potential enhancements to existing processes.
- Support effective communication with all service providers and stakeholders.
- Review documentation, technical processes, and specifications to determine the intended functionality of ITIL initiatives.
- Utilize available service platforms to support all process management, reporting, and governance activities.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience with developing queries and reports in ServiceNow.
- Experience building Spark data processing applications (Python, Pyspark).
- Experience with SQL development and Tableau Reporting.
- Experience building Splunk dashboards.
- ITIL Certification is a plus.
