As a seasoned ServiceNow professional, you will leverage your extensive experience with the platform, specifically with the HRSD module and Employee Center Pro. Your strong background in solution architecture and technical design will enable you to craft user-centric solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, architect, and implement HRSD solutions, including Employee Center Pro, on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop solutions using an "Architecture first" principle.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles.
  • Architect and implement Employee Center Pro solutions.
  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
  • Proven experience in at least one design, architect, and implementation of HRSD solutions, including Employee Center Pro.
  • Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in virtual teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow UI Development, including Service Portal/Employee Center Components, and UI technologies such as Angular JS, Angular Provider, and Bootstrap 3 framework.
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead customer meetings and build customer confidence.
