Technical Lead - Mainframe Development and Implementation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Custom Development and Enhancements:
Lead the development and enhancements of existing applications, ensuring high-quality code and security standards.
2. Cloud Implementations:
Oversee the development and enhancement initiatives for AWS web services and cloud-based implementations, driving innovation and efficiency.
3. Code Quality Assurance:
Ensure the code quality and security standards across all development stages, fostering a culture of excellence.
4. Ansible Build Process:
Set up and oversee the Ansible build process for each release, streamlining development and deployment.
5. Post-Production Activities:
Lead the resolution of post-production issues and ensure timely delivery of fixes, minimizing downtime.
6. Automation:
Lead the execution of Java-based automation and ensure code is automated for regression testing, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
7. Mentorship:
Provide leadership and technical guidance to the team, addressing technical impediments and promoting growth.
8. Project Execution:
Lead the development and testing of the FFS2020 project, driving successful project outcomes.
9. Enhancements:
Lead the process of completing enhancements assigned through JIRA tickets and incidents, ensuring timely completion.
10. Documentation:
Oversee the creation of necessary documentation to elevate enhancements through ServiceNow change requests, promoting transparency and accountability.
