Job Overview

The Customer Care Representative plays a crucial role in managing the processing of orders and sales agreements, while also overseeing the creation and upkeep of customer account records. This position is essential for addressing customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and updating customer accounts
  • Processing customer orders and sales agreements
  • Preparing billing statements and invoices
  • Handling invoice adjustments and follow-up inquiries
  • Responding to customer communications via email and phone
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Engaging in other related tasks and projects as required

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or billing role
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • 1 year of experience in sales administrative support
  • Detail-oriented with a strong process-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of responsibility
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines

Physical Demands:

  • Effective communication skills are necessary (i.e., ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly) to interact with colleagues and customers
  • Manual dexterity is required for extensive computer work, including occasional reaching and lifting of light office items
  • Ability to maintain focus on a computer for extended periods

Working Conditions:

  • The work environment is clean, organized, well-lit, and ventilated, with low to moderate noise levels

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
