Position Overview

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate resources. This position involves engaging with clients to provide detailed information regarding our offerings and delivering assistance to the Sales Operations team and Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls
  • Support the Sales Operations team by facilitating communication with Sales Representatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Process orders and assist with various internal tasks to support field sales personnel

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative
