Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls
- Support the Sales Operations team by facilitating communication with Sales Representatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Process orders and assist with various internal tasks to support field sales personnel
- Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the appropriate resources
- Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies
- Go above and beyond to engage with customers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative
- Exceptional phone handling abilities and active listening skills
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to various personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently
