We are currently seeking professionals to join our team dedicated to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Candidates should have prior experience working with this population.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Support Specialist at Pinnacle Services, you will engage with individuals on CADI, DD, or AC/EW waivers. These clients may present with developmental disabilities, serious mental health challenges, substance use issues, physical disabilities, or age-related needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating the various aspects of clients' lives where support is required.
  • Providing and coordinating resources for the individuals you assist.
  • Overseeing service delivery and collaborating with providers to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Developing service plans tailored to individual requirements.
  • Participating in regular in-person meetings with clients and their interdisciplinary teams.
  • Documenting client-related activities to create billable units.

Compensation:

Non-LSW salary: $49,000 annually for a full-time schedule.

LSW salary: $51,600 annually for a full-time schedule.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree from an accredited four-year institution in social work, psychology, sociology, or a closely related field, or
  • A degree from an accredited four-year institution in any field along with one year of experience in social work, case management, or care coordination within a social service agency.
  • A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record as per Pinnacle Services policy. A vehicle with current insurance is also required.
  • Successful completion of local and/or state background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in the education or treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities or a relevant course focused on this area.
  • Possession of LSW or a higher level of licensure from the Board of Social Work.
