Our clientele is primarily situated in the metropolitan areas, and we collaborate with various lead agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Support Specialist at Pinnacle Services, you will have the chance to assist individuals on a combination of CADI and DD waivers. The individuals you support may experience developmental disabilities, persistent mental health challenges, substance use issues, physical disabilities, or age-related concerns.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating the areas in which clients require support.
  • Coordinating and providing resources tailored to the needs of the individuals served.
  • Overseeing service delivery and collaborating with providers to ensure client needs are met.
  • Developing comprehensive service plans.
  • Participating in regular meetings with clients and their interdisciplinary teams.
  • Documenting client-related activities to generate billable units.

Compensation:

Non-LSW salary: $49,000 per year for a 40-hour work week.

LSW salary: $51,600 per year for a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in social work, psychology, sociology, or a closely related field, or
  • A bachelor's degree in any field coupled with one year of experience in social work, case management, or care coordination within a social service agency.
  • At least one year of experience in the education or treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities or related conditions, or completion of a course focused on developmental disabilities.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record as per Pinnacle Services policy. A vehicle with current insurance is also required.
  • Successful completion of local and/or state background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of LSW or higher licensure from the Board of Social Work.
