Job Description

G2 Risk Solutions is a leading provider of e-commerce merchant risk and compliance intelligence and services. Our solutions help financial institutions, payment processors, and other members of the payments value chain manage risk and protect against brand damage, illegal activity, and noncompliance assessments.

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Risk Analyst, you will investigate global companies in the financial services sector and assess their compliance with relevant regulations. Your goal will be to reduce the risk of fraudulent or illicit behavior online and help G2 make the financial services industry a safer place for consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on global companies and websites in various languages to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory laws.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in regulatory laws and regulations related to our program scope.
  • Handle client escalations by providing timely, accurate, and effective responses and solutions.
  • Make informed decisions and notes based on specific project rules and client customizations.
  • Collaborate with a team of analysts to meet strict deadlines and achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to answer inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues.
  • Provide expert feedback to teammates, management, clients, and other stakeholders within G2.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and deliver high-quality work products.
  • Follow instructions, apply guidelines, and work independently to manage time effectively.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and other relevant meetings to stay informed and contribute to the team's success.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a financial or risk compliance-related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial or risk compliance-related field.
  • Experience with direct customer service highly preferred.
  • Foreign language skills highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with search engine platforms.
