ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are in search of a dedicated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to enhance our expanding Information Security team.

The ideal candidate will effectively navigate potentially urgent situations with a balanced approach, demonstrating integrity, awareness, and adaptability in a diverse team environment with changing requirements.

As a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, you will be pivotal in safeguarding the organization’s digital assets, sensitive data, and personnel against the constantly evolving landscape of cybersecurity threats.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enhance and implement the company's Incident Response protocols to ensure timely and consistent response to security incidents and breaches.
  • Monitor and respond to new security alerts from our Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service, as well as user-reported suspicious activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to compile incident reports, including root cause analyses and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training to fulfill compliance requirements and strengthen the organization’s security posture.
  • Conduct regular internal phishing simulations, manage reported suspicious emails, and disseminate information regarding emerging cybersecurity threats.
  • Support the creation and documentation of standard operating procedures for security-related policies, procedures, and standards, in alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Evaluate new software and technology requests to identify potential security risks and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate those risks.
  • Assist with other security-related processes and tools as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
