Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Compensation:
Starting pay at $19.32 per hour, with consideration for relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ outstanding customer service skills to manage appointment scheduling through phone, in-person, or electronic communication.
  • Enhance the patient experience by simplifying the appointment scheduling process across various locations with a single phone call.
  • Assist patients and their families with their scheduling requirements.
  • Initiate outgoing calls to patients for appointment scheduling.
  • Collaborate with clinic personnel to guarantee timely and appropriate patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum - One (1) year of prior experience in an office or customer service setting. Preferred - Experience in healthcare, patient scheduling, phone management, and in-person client interaction.
