Human Resources Specialist Role at Axle Informatics

Position Overview:

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department, including payroll, benefits, and leave management.
  • Ensure adherence to training requirements and performance assessments.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and recognition initiatives.
  • Manage human resource programs encompassing compensation and benefits.
  • Address employment-related inquiries and support payroll processes.
  • Research and interpret immigration regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.

Educational Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR management is preferred.
