Your Contribution
Utilize your expertise in NLP to design, implement, and experiment with neural network architectures, optimization strategies, and training frameworks. Take charge of the quality and utility of our product features, particularly in summarization and chat functionalities.

Shape the Future
Set the research direction to uncover new capabilities and explore innovative methods to harness large-scale real-world conversational data for advancements such as multi-modal Large Language Models (LLMs). Work closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Scientists to assess model performance, identify challenges, and devise solutions.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in large-scale data processing, model training, and serving for NLP solutions, including transformer models and reinforcement learning.
  • Proficiency in developing, training, and deploying large language models (LLMs) like Llama2 and other transformer-based models for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and classification.
  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX for implementing and optimizing deep learning algorithms.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python and C++ for algorithm implementation and infrastructure development.
  • Comfort in a Linux command-line environment.
  • A Master's degree with 3 years of industry experience or a Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, speech/language processing, or a related field.

Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is between $175,000 and $220,000 USD per year. This range reflects the low and high ends of the expected salary for this role, with the actual base salary determined by various factors. Our salary is just one aspect of our comprehensive total rewards package.
