Job Summary

The Kansas Bankruptcy Court is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Case Administrator to join our team. As a Case Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the court, including managing case files, preparing documents, and performing various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and process documents, including court orders and notices
  • Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide excellent customer service to court staff, attorneys, and the public
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of progressively responsible clerical or administrative experience
  • Specialized experience in a court or legal setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
