Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Butler & Associates, P.A. This full-time position involves daily data entry and administrative tasks in a fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently enter information on collection case files
  • Review files to determine the next course of action
  • Respond to phone calls in a professional manner
  • Prepare documents for filing with the court
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills and strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
