Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies. This position will be based at a global Army training site in Fort Riley, KS, and is contingent upon contract award.

The Facilities Manager will oversee the housekeeping, custodial services, rodent control, and grounds maintenance for all program-occupied facilities required for TADSS and range maintenance. This includes supervising a team of personnel responsible for monitoring and controlling the maintenance of the facilities across the program.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 8 years of experience with a Master's degree in a related field, or 14 years of experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain NACI security clearance is also required.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for advising the Logistics Director on the facilities maintenance status across the program, any potential issues, and possible solutions. They will also coordinate with Site Leads on matters related to access and/or keys required for the facilities.

The Facilities Manager will work closely with the program IT team to ensure adequate telecommunications services are available, either through the installation DOIM or commercial sources. They will also be responsible for keeping in compliance with and aware of applicable OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
