Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Butler & Associates, P.A. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering information on collection case files, reviewing files to determine the next action, and performing other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter information accurately and efficiently on collection case files
  • Review files to determine the appropriate next action
  • Answer and return phone calls in a professional manner
  • Prepare documents to be sent out
  • Prepare documents for filing with the court
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good judgment and attention to detail
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm

Candidates selected to interview will be tested on their typing skills, data accuracy, and logical reasoning. This is a full-time position with benefits available after an introductory period. Wages will be based upon experience and may range from $15-$17 per hour.
