Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Average Hourly Rate: $21.81 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

We are in search of a full-time Child Welfare Specialist to join our team. A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, along with two or more years of experience in the human services sector, or a master's degree in a human services field is required. We will provide comprehensive training to equip you for success.

A Day in the Life of a Child Welfare Specialist

As a Child Welfare Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with children and families to ensure that children can thrive safely in their home environments. You will facilitate the development of essential skills such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families.

Your responsibilities will also include working closely with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both them and the children in their care.
