Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Formerra LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to secure new accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, sales, or marketing.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in account management and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
