Position Summary:

We are looking for Team Members to enhance the Guest experience at our interactive attractions. Responsibilities include welcoming Guests, managing ticket sales, generating excitement for the experience, organizing queues, capturing memorable moments through photography, and addressing inquiries. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and exudes a friendly, inviting demeanor.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and assist all Guests, providing guidance and engaging in pleasant conversation.
  • Facilitate the queueing process for Guests attending time-sensitive experiences.
  • Efficiently scan tickets and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Handle ticket sales for Guests in standby lines.
  • Support Guests at photo opportunities throughout the experience.
  • Guide Guests through the exhibit while maintaining orderly traffic flow.
  • Share interesting facts and trivia about the exhibit with Guests.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the experience.
  • Process payments swiftly and accurately.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the exhibit by performing tasks such as sweeping and tidying up.
  • Maintain exhibits free from smudges and fingerprints.
  • Contribute to a clean and welcoming environment for all Guests.
  • Deliver a memorable experience through a positive and hospitable attitude.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to navigate within the exhibit space.
  • Capability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Strong verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
  • Availability to work a minimum of two shifts, including at least one weekend day.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service or cash handling is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Experience in public speaking is a plus.
  • Dependable, energetic, and proactive team player with a positive outlook.
