Position Summary:

We are looking for Team Members to facilitate a memorable journey for our Guests through our unique experiences. Responsibilities encompass welcoming Guests, managing ticket sales, generating excitement for the attractions, organizing lines, capturing memorable moments through photography, and addressing inquiries. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic environment and radiates a friendly, inviting demeanor.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and assist all Guests, providing guidance and engaging in pleasant conversation.
  • Support Guests in queue management for their scheduled experiences.
  • Process ticket scanning and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Facilitate ticket sales for Guests waiting in line.
  • Staff designated photo areas to help Guests capture their experiences.
  • Guide Guests through the exhibit while ensuring smooth traffic flow and line management.
  • Share interesting facts and trivia about the exhibits with Guests.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the experience.
  • Handle transactions swiftly and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the exhibit, including sweeping and tidying up.
  • Ensure exhibits are spotless and free from smudges or fingerprints.
  • Contribute to a clean and inviting atmosphere for all Guests.
  • Deliver an unforgettable experience for Guests with a friendly and hospitable approach.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to navigate within the exhibit space.
  • Capability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to engage diverse audiences and facilitate discussions.
  • Availability to work a minimum of two shifts, including at least one weekend day.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or cash handling is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Experience in public speaking is a plus.
  • Dependable, energetic, and proactive team player with a positive outlook.
