People & Culture Generalist, Logistics Expert

We're seeking a skilled People & Culture Generalist to join our team at Rock-it Cargo, a leading logistics company. As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the integration and implementation of HR systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with leadership and teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance our unique culture.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Embed yourself within our business verticals, understanding their priorities, challenges, and people needs to translate them into action from a People perspective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years' experience in an HR Generalist role in a high-growth, multinational environment.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including payroll, employee relations, talent & performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Proficiency in business-level English and Spanish is necessary.
