We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch guest service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
  • Execute established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate the point of sale system, maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
  • Complete all store housekeeping functions, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
  • Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
  • Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
  • Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.

  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store.
