We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch guest service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
- Execute established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
- Operate the point of sale system, maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
- Complete all store housekeeping functions, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
- Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
- Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
- Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
- Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
