Job Summary

At JOANN Stores, we're looking for a talented Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a smile and use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs.
Ask open-ended questions to learn about customers' project needs and escort them to the desired product's location.
Engage in friendly conversation with customers about their projects while serving them at the cutting counter, cash register, and sales floor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a customer-centric environment preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods, walk around the store, and lift up to 49 pounds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
