We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at notifyMD. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our medical and commercial clients. Your primary duties will include answering calls, greeting callers with a polite and pleasant tone, and gathering and relaying required information. You will also be responsible for verifying and entering information accurately into our system.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a welcoming voice with an upbeat tone. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a supportive and compassionate team. We offer a competitive compensation package, including $17.50 per hour, and a range of benefits, including employee stock ownership, full medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation, and traditional 401K with company matching.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will be able to develop your skills and advance your career. We are looking for a candidate who is available to work one weekend day and is willing to complete their training during the day or evening before moving into the overnight shift.

  • Full Time - 40 hours per week
  • Overnight hours
    • Sunday, Saturday, Monday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00pm-7:00am EST
    • Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:00pm-3:30am, Saturday, 9:30pm-6:00am EST
  • Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)
