About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers in finding the products they need, and provide recommendations and solutions as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
