Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Five Star Call Centers. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow established communication scripts to handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and alternatives
  • Access company and client resources to accurately handle customer calls
  • Upsell products and services when opportunities arise
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
