Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Fadi Management. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IHOP restaurants, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all aspects of the restaurant meet our high standards of quality and service, including food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Finances: Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Stay Ahead of the Competition: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with IHOP.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer service.
