Job Summary:

Z and H Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
