Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Assist the Restaurant General Manager in leading and managing a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Operations and Administration: Assist with the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee relations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Training and Development: Assist with the training and development of new employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Financial Management: Assist with the management of restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field.
- Certifications: Preferred: ServSafe Certification - assistance and education are provided if not certified.
- Skills: Energetic and excellent communication skills, practical/hands-on approach, foster teamwork, provide daily coaching and feedback, managing budgets, training and development, analytical skills.
