About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team at OEC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through cold calling and building a customer base
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to become well-educated in all OEC products and services
  • Offer solutions through OEC Group's services, including ocean, air, warehousing & distribution, LTL & FTL transportation, cargo insurance, and customs brokerage
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas set by the sales management team
  • Utilize Sugar (CRM) to track client's key information, build and maintain sales pipeline, and measure KPIs
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of freight forwarding business development/outside sales experience
  • Possesses a book of business in international ocean, air, and/or customs brokerage
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality to continuously bring in new business opportunities
  • Salary: $80,000-$100,000 annually based on experience and education level
  • PLUS: Uncapped commission, $500 monthly car allowance, company cell phone, laptop, and expense account
