Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure effective collaboration and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Rentokil programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referral, and cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Business-to-Business sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal departments and external customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
