Position Summary
We are looking for an Employer Sales Lead to advance our mission by marketing Summer Health's comprehensive suite of pediatric care solutions to enterprise clients. Our goal is to empower employers to provide exceptional healthcare experiences for their employees and their families. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing business agreements with relevant employers. Your prior sales experience will be crucial to your success in this position. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and strategically engage with external stakeholders to acquire new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify growth opportunities for Summer Health within the enterprise customer segment.
  • Establish and achieve sales quotas.
  • Fulfill all administrative management duties, including effective CRM utilization to track opportunities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and leadership teams.
  • Engage in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with healthcare benefits, the healthcare sector, and employee benefits; experience in health plans or benefits consulting is preferred.
  • Expertise in all facets of the sales process, including initial outreach, relationship development, contract negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Outstanding customer focus and professionalism in understanding and validating client needs continuously.
