Position Summary:
The Assembler I role involves the installation of compressor components and compressors on various units. This position requires the ability to interpret job specifications and accurately utilize a tape measure. Candidates must be capable of completing training to operate an overhead crane and should be comfortable standing, stooping, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install compressor components and compressors on units.
- Read and comprehend job specifications.
- Utilize a tape measure effectively.
- Operate an overhead crane after successful training.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and moving units as necessary.
- Use basic hand tools and torque wrenches appropriately.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by team leaders or supervisors.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training preferred.

Onsite

Compensation:
Salary is determined based on various job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including responsibilities, experience, education, location, and required skills. Pay is part of the Total Rewards package offered to recognize employee contributions.
