As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for installing compressor components and compressors on units, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand job specifications and technical documentation
  • Install compressor components and compressors on units, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Operate overhead cranes and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods, lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Use basic hand tools and torque wrenches to assemble and test units
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including blueprints and schematics
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including standing, stooping, and lifting
