Position Summary:
The Assembler I role is integral to the assembly process, focusing on the accurate insulation of copper and/or steel lines. This encompasses the application of various insulation types utilized in refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently utilize and apply a tape measure.
2. Order the appropriate type and size of insulation.
3. Validate insulation thickness as per specifications.
4. Cut insulation according to job specifications.
5. Apply insulation correctly to piping and clad insulation to receivers.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Maintain inventory by stocking insulation materials.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Three to six months of relevant experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Expectations and Skills:
1. Attention to detail is crucial.
2. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
3. Requires concentration on assigned tasks.
4. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
5. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly.

Work Environment:
1. Perform essential functions in a manufacturing setting with standard lighting and climate control, while being exposed to dust, fumes, noise, and temperature fluctuations.
