Job Overview

Mirion Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing external and internal communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to engage various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content, including press releases, social media posts, and website content.
  • Manage and maintain the company's intranet, Global Gateway, and ensure it is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Support internal communications initiatives, including employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, and develop strategies to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Partner with designers to create visually appealing content and materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and platforms.
  • Passion for storytelling and executing multichannel programs to augment company visibility.
  • Experience in amplifying company news through pitching and media relations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and media monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in AP Style writing.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
