The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of best practices in internal communications, a proven history in change management and crisis communications, and demonstrated proficiency in business writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Internal Communications: Define, develop, and implement strategic communications that amplifies and advances the company's enterprise strategy with our global employees.
  • Executive Communications: Serve as a primary writer and editor for executive internal communications, including strategic memos and announcements.
  • Strategic Advisor: Serve as an advisor to key leadership and expert teams regarding employee communications best practices, policies, and external trends.
  • Change Management: Develop communications initiatives regarding company transformation, ensuring employees are engaged and informed throughout periods of organizational change.
  • Internal Channels: Provide best practices and enterprise alignment to communications team colleagues producing content for Compunnel Inc.'s intranet and employee newsletters.
  • Crisis Management: Serve as deputy internal communications leader for crisis and issues management scenarios.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of internal or employee communications experience
  • Experience with M&A integrations, change management, and crisis communications
  • Intranet and Internal Communications software experience (e.g., SocialChorus, SharePoint, Axios HQ)
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with executive internal communications, including script writing
  • Demonstrated experience with Intranet design, content development, and supplier landscape
