Job Summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) is seeking a highly skilled Research Coordinator II, Hybrid to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Program's Research Project Manager and Program Manager to identify best practices, promising practices, and innovations in engagement to retain participants in longitudinal, observational research studies such as All of Us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate literature reviews and documents results of literature searches using electronic software.
  • Prepare presentations for diverse stakeholder groups, including participant ambassadors, managers, and researchers.
  • Prepare interview guides and support interviews of diverse stakeholder groups to learn opinions regarding best practices.
  • Summarize meeting notes and communicate findings to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Design and develop reports and materials use in toolkits to summarize findings from interviews, literature reviews, and other data sources.
  • Support team meetings, scheduling, and communication.
  • Contribute to scientific publication.
  • Contribute to written scientific report.
  • Contribute to writing monthly report updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1.1+ year of research experience required.
  • Previous history of writing reports, publications, or building toolkits a definite plus.
Working Conditions

This is a hybrid position that has virtual and in-person duties. Works in a normal office environment.
