Position Overview:

URBN is in search of a business-oriented, tech-savvy Client Success Coordinator to oversee relationships within our marketplace initiatives. This role is part of the Marketplace Team in URBN's Direct to Consumer (DTC) division, a cohesive unit closely aligned with our brands and IT, focusing on user experience, product management, testing & analysis, digital strategy, portfolio management, and program management. The Client Success Coordinator will be responsible for managing the account oversight process for the URBN Marketplace Program, reporting directly to the Marketplace Program Manager within the DTC Marketplace Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Management: Take ownership of the relationship with URBN marketplace partners following their onboarding. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product assortment enhancements on a daily basis. Provide strategic advice and support to ensure a thriving partnership for both URBN and our partners.
  • Communication: Proactively engage with existing sellers regarding current business operations to foster a positive URBN/Seller relationship. Elevate any account management concerns to the Marketplace Program Manager as they arise to maintain a strong relationship with current sellers.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilize internal analytics tools to assess Marketplace partner sales performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with the Marketplace Program Manager to refine business strategies.
  • Data Management: Support the onboarding team with essential tasks within internal systems and vendor software.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience in account management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and goal-focused.
  • Experience in a customer service setting.
  • Technical knowledge of API integrations, data hierarchy, and mapping.
  • Passionate about the e-business sector, with prior e-commerce or marketplace experience being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, particularly Mirakl, is a plus.
