Join Our Team at Asset-Map - Onboarding Specialist

Asset-Map stands at the forefront of financial technology, transforming how advisors visualize financial data. We are in search of an Onboarding Specialist to significantly contribute to the expansion and influence of our platform on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the Asset-Map platform and assist new users in navigating it
  • Deliver virtual training sessions through interactive webinars
  • Facilitate personalized onboarding experiences for new subscribers
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through effective support
  • Gather and relay important client feedback to internal teams
  • Evaluate metrics related to the adoption of new user features

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in training or customer success environments
  • Familiarity with financial technology
  • Excellent communication and technical abilities
  • Capability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
  • Collaborative team member with the ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM
  • Knowledge of financial planning principles
  • Proficiency in video editing and presentation tools
  • Background in fintech or financial services
  • Understanding of Adult Learning Theory
