Are you ready to leverage your administrative expertise in a rewarding environment? We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support a dedicated investment advisory team. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional financial planning and investment advisory services to affluent clients and corporate leaders.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000/year + bonus

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Prepare necessary documentation for account openings and ongoing client maintenance, including applications and asset transfer forms.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support within the investment advisory and financial planning sectors.
  • Meeting Coordination: Aid in the assembly of materials required for advisor-client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma is mandatory.
  • Experience: Proven administrative experience with a focus on processing intricate information.
  • Skills: A self-starter with a keen eye for detail, possessing strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
