Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000/year + bonus
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Prepare necessary documentation for account openings and ongoing client maintenance, including applications and asset transfer forms.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support within the investment advisory and financial planning sectors.
- Meeting Coordination: Aid in the assembly of materials required for advisor-client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education: A high school diploma is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven administrative experience with a focus on processing intricate information.
- Skills: A self-starter with a keen eye for detail, possessing strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
