Job Description

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience at the Mokara Hotel & Spa. This includes processing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni's Moments of Service and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are courteous and professional.
  • Handle guest issues and forward them to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Train new associates on front office procedures and policies.
  • Understand and implement emergency procedures and radio codes.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Previous hotel experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
