The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience at the Mokara Hotel & Spa. This includes processing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni's Moments of Service and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure that all guest interactions are courteous and professional.
- Handle guest issues and forward them to the appropriate department as needed.
- Train new associates on front office procedures and policies.
- Understand and implement emergency procedures and radio codes.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous hotel experience highly preferred.
- Ability to clearly communicate in English with guests, associates, and vendors.
- Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
